Vision Statement
Become a leading art event in PEI and Eastern Canada, while developing a new culture of appreciation for contemporary art through the festival.
Mission Statement
Serve as a vehicle to increase public awareness and understanding of contemporary art forms while contributing to the sustainable development
of PEI’s cultural community.
Enhance the use, conservation, and appreciation of public urban and green spaces in Charlottetown while promoting free access to a high standard of contemporary visual art outside of a traditional gallery setting.
Operate to support the careers of emerging and professional contemporary artists in Canada, and provide mentorship opportunities for emerging P.E.I. artists through exposure to nationally-recognized artists.
Demonstrate commitment to community engagement, and to multiple communities, in programming, and in governing structure.

Faciliter l’utilisation, la conservation et l’appréciation des espaces verts et des espaces urbains publics à Charlottetown tout en promouvant l’accès gratuit à des arts visuels contemporains de grande qualité à l’extérieur
des galeries traditionnelles.
Appuyer les carrières d’artistes contemporains professionnels du Canada ainsi que la relève artistique et créer des occasions de mentorat en jumelant
de nouveaux artistes insulaires à des artistes connus à l’échelle nationale.
Faire preuve d’engagement communautaire dans diverses collectivités par
le biais de la programmation et de la structure de gouvernance.
